StreetWise is a nonprofit social enterprise providing a holistic education to vulnerable urban slum children who previously worked on the streets. StreetWise provides a set of essential student and family services, while offering its students an innovative method to generate income, while they learn, play and develop as children.

StreetWise provides its students a safe, nurturing learning environment, away from the daily hazards of street life, away from child exploitation, physical and/or sexual abuse, and exposure to crime.

Our mission is to provide an effective range of need-based, practical and viable services, which enable students’ physical, emotional and mental growth towards sustainable livelihoods as young adults.

Streetwise’s vision is to become a nationwide social enterprise model for facilitating urban slum children’s educational development into economically and socially engaged, self-reliant individuals.
