Student Meal Program
StreetWise provides its students with a healthy, well-balanced breakfast and lunch on 5 days a week, and dinner on a rotation basis.

Student Health & Medical Program
All students at StreetWise are offered daily vitamin supplements, regular medical checkups, and free treatment and medication when required.

Drop-in Center & Overnight Shelter
Students also use our school as a drop-in center, and three students stay over night each night.





FAMILY SERVICES

The StreetWise Family Services are designed to enable guardians to break free from the economic dependence on their children, which is the main impediment to granting children a safe passage through school. Through the help of our services, guardians learn to become independent individuals, socially and economically, and learn of the benefits and the importance of educating their children and sending them to school.

Adult Health & Medical Program
StreetWise offers students’ siblings and parents free medical checkups and medication, and treatment when required. StreetWise subsidizes the cost of medication and treatment for our students’ family members.

Drop-in Center & Crisis Assistance
StreetWise serves as a drop in center where guardians come and ask for help and advice and provides them with crisis assistance when needed. We have provided help from domestic abuse, to rebuilding a home that was burnt to ashes. StreetWise intends to strengthen the Adult Program by partnering with already existing organizations that aid slum-dwelling men and women with the many socio-economic challenges that they face.
